I signed up as a paid subscriber on May 3rd. When I was getting horrible performance, I sent an email to their paid-support@itshidden.com. I heard nothing back. Next day, I requested a full refund, within the 24 hour window, as stated in their TOS. Still nothing. Over the past three weeks, I’ve sent about a half-dozen emails and NOT ONE has ever been answered.
